加了南瓜的面包,虽然是直接法,面包体却超松软的,到了第二天还是跟刚出炉一样。
材料:
南瓜泥 130g
高粉 200g
低粉 20g
牛奶 40g
速酵母 1tsp
细砂糖 40g
盐 少许
奶油 40g
坚果类 150g
做法:
1. 将全部材料(奶油,坚果类除外)搅拌成团。
2. 加入奶油,坚果类搅拌至光滑有薄膜,进行第一次发酵。
3. 取出分割成每份60g,排气,滚圆松弛10分钟。4. 整形后,做最后發酵至兩倍大。
5. 表面扫上蛋液,预热烤箱170度,烘烤15-20分钟即可。
