只因为有最爱的圣诞节。
玻璃曲奇
材料 :
牛油 180克
糖粉 80克
低筋面粉 270克
果汁糖 (敲碎 )
做法 :
1. 牛油加糖粉打发至变白,筛入面粉拌成均匀的面团。
2. 将面团擀成约4mm的厚度,用曲奇模具印出形状,移至铺了油纸的烤盘上。
3. 中间再用较小的曲奇模具镂空,放入预热160度烤箱,烤10分钟,取出。
4. 镂空的部分放满果糖,不好沾到曲奇,继续烘烤8-10分钟至果糖溶化即可出炉。
Stained Glass Cookies
Ingredients :
180g butter
80g icing sugar
270g plain flour/cake flour
fruity candy
Method :
1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Sift in flour and mix well to form a dough.
2. Roll the dough to a thin sheet (4mm) cut out using a cookie cutter,transfer cookies to prepared baking sheets.
3. Using a smaller cookie cutter,cut shapes into centers of cookies,bake in preheated oven at 160 degrees C for 10 minutes,remove tray from oven.
4. Place crushed candy into the hollowed-out center of the cookies,continue to bake for another 8-10 minutes until the candy is melted.
