买了蜂巢模很久了,却不敢动手做蜂巢饼,
因为很怕炸。。。
今年想好了怎样也要炸一次的蜂巢饼,还好顺利完成。
蜂巢饼
材料 :
木薯粉 250克
粘米粉 250克
细砂糖 300克
蛋 5个
浓椰浆 400毫升
清水 250毫升
白芝麻 少许
做法 :
1. 把鸡蛋、糖、椰浆、清水和粉类拌均匀,过滤。 加入芝麻拌匀。
2. 烧热一锅油,先将蜂巢模放入热油中热泡,取出热模浸入面糊中至9分满,再放入热油里炸。
3. 轻轻的摇晃模子,让蜂巢饼脱模。
4. 继续炸至金黄色,取出,放在吸油纸上吸除多余的油份,即可。

Ingredients :
250g tapioca flour
250g rice flour
300g caster sugar
5 eggs
400ml thick coconut milk
250ml water
some sesame seeds
Method :
1. Combine egg,sugar,coconut milk,water and flour,stir well. Strain it,add in sesame seeds,mix well.
2. Heat up oil in a wok,put brass moulds in the hot oil to heat up,dip hot mould into batter until 90% full,return the mould to the hot oil.
3. Shake to release from mould and fry until golden brown,remove from hot oil,drain on kitchen paper. Serve.
