肉松老式鸡蛋糕
材料 :
鸡蛋 3个
细砂糖 60克
低筋面粉 90克 (过筛)
玉米油 9克
牛奶 15克
肉松 适量
做法 :
1. 鸡蛋加细砂糖打发至浓稠,颜色变白。
2. 分次加入低筋面粉,翻拌均匀。
3. 加入玉米油和牛奶,拌匀。
4. 舀入一半面糊在纸杯里,加入肉松,再舀入面糊至九分满。
5. 表层撒上肉松,放入预热烤箱160度烘烤15-20分钟。
Pork Floss Old Fashioned Sponge Cake
Ingredients :
3 eggs
60g caster sugar
90g cake flour,sieved
9g corn oil
15g milk
some pork floss
Method :
1. Beat eggs with caster sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Gently fold in the cake flour and mix well.
3. Add in corn oil and milk, mix to combine.
4. Scoop batter into paper cups until half full, add some pork floss and cover with batter till 90% full.
5. Sprinkle some pork floss over the top, bake in preheat oven at 160C for 15-20 minutes.
