材料 :
牛油 250g
糖粉 80g
马铃薯粉 250g
低筋面粉 160g
装饰 :
耳朵 ~ Koko Krunch
眼睛 ~ 黑芝麻
鼻子 ~ 巧克力豆 chocolate chips

做法 :
1. 把牛油和过筛的糖粉用搅拌机搅匀至发白。
2. 加入马铃薯粉和低粉拌成均匀面团。
3. 把面团平均分成每份10克,搓圆,放上装饰。

German Butter Cookies
Ingredients :
250g butter
80g icing Sugar (sifted)
250g potato starch

160g plain flour/cake flour
For decorations :
ears ~ Koko Krunch
eyes ~ black sesame
nose ~ chocolate chips
mouth ~
red heart shaped decoration sugar
Method :
1. Beat butter and icing sugar till light and fluffy.
2. Sift in potato starch,flour and poppy seeds,mix well combine.
3. Divide dough into 10g each and roll into balls,shape into small ball,decorate each with KoKo Krunch, black sesameas and chocolate chip.
