奥利奥乳酪杯子蛋糕
材料 : 可做10-12个
奶油乳酪 40克
牛奶 60克
牛油 25克
低筋面粉 65克
蛋黄 4个
Oreo饼干碎 30g
蛋白 4个
细砂糖 80克
奥利奥乳酪 :
植物性鲜奶油 150克
奶油乳酪 120克
奶油乳酪 120克
Oreo饼干
1. 将奶油乳酪,牛奶和牛油隔水煮至溶化浓稠
2. 筛入低筋面粉,混合均匀。加入蛋黄,搅拌均匀。
3. 蛋白打至粗泡,分次加入细砂糖,打至湿性发泡。
4. 分次将蛋白霜拌入乳酪面糊里,加入饼干碎轻轻拌匀。
5. 舀入蛋糕纸杯,以170度,烤20-25分钟至熟即可。
6. 待凉后挤上奶油,放上奥利奥饼,放入冰箱冷藏后,享用。
Oreo Cheese Cupcakes
Ingredients : Makes 10-12
40g cream cheese
60g milk
25g butter
65g cake flour
4 egg yolks
30g oreo,crushed
4 egg whites
80g castor sugar
For the oreo cream :
150g whipping cream
120g cream cheese
oreo cookies120g cream cheese
1. Double boil cream cheese,milk and butter until dissolves and thickens.
2. Fold in sifted flour,mix until smooth. Add in egg yolks and mix until well combined.
3. Whisk egg whites until frothy,gradually add in sugar,beat until stiff.
4. Add into the cheese mixture until well incorporated,fold in crushed oreo.
5. Scoop the batter into cupcake liners,bake in preheated oven at 170C for 20-25 minutes.
6. Pipe cream onto each cupcake and top with oreo cookies as deco.
