酸辣凉拌芒果珊瑚草
材料:
珊瑚草 50g
芒果 1粒 (切丁/切丝)
姜花 1/2个 (切丝)
指天椒 5-6条 (切碎)
酸柑 6粒
(取汁)
杏仁 80g (烤香)
调味料:
细砂糖 适量盐 适量
** 味道随个人喜好调整
做法 :
1. 珊瑚草洗净,浸泡水至膨胀,沥干水份,切小段。
2. 将所有材料混合,加入盐和糖调味即可。
Sea Birdnest with Mango Salad
Ingredient:
50g sea
birdnest
1 mango,diced/shredded
1/2 torch ginger
flower/bunga kantan,shredded
5-6 bird's eye
chilies,chopped
juice from 6
lime
80g toasted almond
sugar and salt to
taste
Method :
1. Sea Birdnest cleaned and soaked in water until soft,cut small pieces.
2. Mix all ingredients,add salt and sugar for your taste.
