榛果巧克力曲奇 Hazelnut Chocolate Cookies






今年的年饼加入了它
巧克力和榛果味道是很搭的













榛果巧克力曲奇

材料 :

牛油  210克
糖粉  110克
蛋  90克
低筋面粉  270克
无糖可可粉  45克

榛果  适量


做法 :
 
1. 将牛油和糖粉搅打发至乳白色,分次加入蛋液拌均
2. 筛入低筋面粉可可粉用橡皮刮刀翻拌均匀
3. 将面糊装入挤花袋,在烤盘上挤出花状,中间放上榛果。
4. 放入预热烤箱,180°C烤20分钟即可。




Hazelnut Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients :

210g butter

110g icing sugar

90g egg
270g low protein flour
45g cocoa powder


some hazelnut

 

Method :
  

1. Beat butter and icing sugar until light and fluffyadd in egg and mix well.
2. Sieve the low protein flour and cocoa powder together,fold into the batter.
3. Use the spatula mix until a dough is formed.
4. Spoon batter into a piping bag fitted with nozzle,pipe out the batter on baking tray,place a hazelnut on centre.
5. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C oven for 20 mins.

狗狗来拜年 ~ 德国酥饼 German Butter Cookies [Doggies Cookies]





今年是狗年嘛
所以送礼年饼自然是少不了这狗狗德国酥了












德国酥饼 

材料 :

牛油  250g
糖粉  80g
马铃薯粉  250g
低筋面粉  160g


装饰

耳朵Koko Krunch
眼睛 ~ 黑芝麻
鼻子巧克力豆 chocolate chips
嘴巴红色心形糖



做法 

1.  
把牛油和过筛的糖粉用搅拌机搅匀至发白。
2.  
加入马铃薯粉和低粉拌成均匀面团。
3.  
把面团平均分成每份10克,搓圆,放上装饰
4.  放进预热160'C 的烤箱烤15-20 分钟。
(温度和时间请依个人烤箱调整)




German Butter Cookies
 
Ingredients :
  
250g butter
80g icing Sugar (sifted)
250g potato starch
160g plain flour/cake flour


For decorations :

ears ~ Koko Krunch
eyes ~ black sesame
nose ~ chocolate chips
mouth ~ red heart shaped decoration sugar


Method : 

1. Beat butter and icing sugar till light and fluffy.
2. Sift in potato starch
flour and poppy seedsmix well combine.
3. Divide dough into 10g each and roll into balls
shape into small balldecorate each with KoKo Krunch, black sesameas and chocolate chip.
4. Bake in preheated oven at 160‘C for 15-20minutes.

蔓越莓曲奇 Cranberry Cookies







懒散了一星期,看着日历距离农历新年已不到一个月了,
也该为年饼而忙啦。

去年有做过这款蔓越莓曲奇,是不错吃的,所以今年再做,换个福袋造型。


















蔓越莓曲奇 

材料: 

牛油  200克

糖粉  120克
蛋  60克
低粉  300克
蔓越莓干   60克(切碎) 
 
 
做法 :

1. 先把牛油和糖粉打至滑,加入蛋拌均.
2. 筛入低粉拌均,再加入蔓越莓干拌成团。
3. 包入保鲜膜,放入冷冻室1 - 2 个小时,取出用曲奇模具印出形状
4. 放入预热烘炉,以160度C烘20 - 25分钟至微金黄色即可。
 
 
 
Cranberry Cookies
 
Ingredients : 
 
200g butter
120g icing sugar
60g egg
300g superfine flour
60g cranberry (chopped)
 
 
Method :  

1. Whisk butter and icing sugar until smooth,add in egg and mix well.
2. Sift in flour and mix well,add in cranberry, stir to form a dough. 
3. Wrap with plastic wrap and keep in the freeze for 1 - 2 hours. Remove and cut out using a cookie cutter.
4. Put into  preheated oven, bake at 160 degrees C for 20 - 25 minutes until light golden brown.

肉骨茶 Bak Kut Teh








最近的天气是冷到。。吹着风扇是冷到要穿长袖衣。
冷冷的天气,最想念的是热腾腾的肉骨茶了
















肉骨茶

材料

排骨五花腩  1公斤
肉骨茶包  1
蒜头  1整粒
清水  2公升  适量


其它材料 猪肉丸,豆腐卜,白玉菇,灵兰菇,鲍鱼菇,金针菇


调味料 盐,生抽,黑酱油 (各适量)


做法

1. 排骨预先用热水汆烫,去除血水,再用水清洗,备用。
2. 将清水倒入一锅内,放入肉骨茶包、蒜头和排骨,煮滚。
3. 加入其它材料和调味料,以中小火继续煮至排骨软



Bak Kut Teh 

Ingredients

1kg pork ribs
1 packet bak kut teh spices
1 whole garlic
2 liter water


Other ingredients pork ballstofu puffwhite beech mushroombuna shimeji mushroomoyster mushroomenoki mushroom


Seasoning saltlight soy sauceblack soy sauce to taste


Method

1. Blanch the pork ribs in hot water to remove impuritiesdrain and rinseset aside.
2. Fill the pot with wateradd in bak kut teh spicesgarlic and pork ribsbring to a boil.
3. Add in other ingredients and seasoningcontinue to cook under medium low heat until the pork ribs softens.

牛油杯子蛋糕 Butter Cupcakes







来到2018,生活依然忙碌也依然充实快乐的。
生活,简简单单,这样就好。











牛油杯子蛋糕 

材料  

牛油  250克
细砂糖  30克
全蛋  4个
低筋面粉  250克(过筛)
发粉  1茶匙 (过筛)
牛奶  4汤匙


做法  

1. 牛油加细砂糖一起打发至乳白色。
2. 分次加入蛋液,搅拌均匀。
3. 加入筛过的低粉和发粉,加入牛奶拌均匀。
4. 将面糊舀入蛋糕纸杯
5. 放入预热烤箱,170度烤约20 - 25分钟至熟。



Butter Cupcakes

Ingredients  

250g butter
130g castor sugar
4 eggs
250g all purpose floursifted
tsp baking powdersifted
tbsp milk


Method  

1. Beat butter and sugar until white and fluffy.
2. Add in egg one at a time and mix well combined.
3. Fold in sifted flour and baking powderadd in milk and mix well.
4. Spoon the batter into paper cup.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20-25 minutes.
