玻璃曲奇 Stained Glass Cookies






每年来到十二月,心情总是特别的好
只因为有最爱的圣诞节
















玻璃曲奇

材料 :

油  180
糖粉  80
低筋面粉  270
果汁糖  (敲碎 )


做法 :

1. 牛油加糖粉打发至变白入面粉拌成均匀的面团。
2. 将面团擀成约4mm的厚度,用曲奇模具印出形状,移至铺了油纸的烤盘上
3. 中间再用较小的曲奇模具镂空放入预热160烤箱烤10分钟取出
4. 镂空的部分放满果糖,不好沾到曲奇,继续烘烤8-10分钟至果糖溶化即可出炉。



Stained Glass Cookies

Ingredients :

180g butter
80g icing sugar
270plain flour/cake flour
fruity candy


Method :

1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Sift in flour and mix well to form a dough.
2. Roll the dough to a thin sheet (4mm) cut out using a cookie cutter,transfer cookies to prepared baking sheets. 
3. Using a smaller cookie cuttercut shapes into centers of cookies,bake in preheated oven at 160 degrees C for 10 minutes,remove tray from oven.
4. Place crushed candy into the hollowed-out center of the cookies,continue to bake for another 8-10 minutes until the candy is melted.
