咖啡豆饼干 Coffee Bean Cookies

想起早前看到Aunty Young分享的可爱咖啡豆造型,



牛油 80g
糖粉  40g ( 过筛 ) 

材料( B ) 
玉米粉  50g
低筋面粉 60g
苏打粉 1g
3合1即溶咖啡粉  25g
可可粉  10g 


1. 将牛油和糖粉充份搅拌成乳白色。
2. 筛入材料( B ),拌成均匀的面团。
3. 平均分成小团一个约5g,搓成椭圆形, 用刮刀在中间轻轻划一刀成咖啡豆的形状。
4. 预热烤箱160°C,烤20-25分钟。(温度请依自家烤箱调整)
5. 待凉后装罐即可。 

Coffee Bean Cookies

80g butter
40g icing sugar(sifted) 

50g corn flour
60g plain flour / cake flour
1g baking soda 
25g 3in1 instant coffee powder 
10g cocoa powder

Method :

1. Cream the butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Sift in the Ingredients(B),mix till combine.
3. Divide the dough into 5g each,roll into oval shape and shaped into coffee bean shape.
4. Bake in preheated oven at 160°C for about 20-25 minutes.
5. Cool completely before storing in the airtight container.
