德国酥饼 German Butter Cookies






德国酥饼 ~ 连续几年来都是必做的年饼之一















德国酥饼

材料 :

牛油  250g
糖粉  80g
马铃薯粉  250g
低筋面粉  160g
罂粟子  10g  (可以省略)




做法

1. 
把牛油和过筛的糖粉用搅拌机搅匀至发白。
2. 
加入马铃薯粉,低粉和罂粟子拌成均匀面团。
3.  
把面团揉成小粒,再用叉子稍微压扁。
4. 
放进预热160'C 的烤箱烤15-20 分钟。
(温度和时间请依个人烤箱调整)

Ingredients :

 
250g butter
80g icing Sugar (sifted)
250g potato starch

100g plain flour/cake flour
10g poppy seeds (optional)



Method :

1. Beat butter and icing sugar till light and fluffy.
2. Sift in potato starch
flour and poppy seedsmix well combine.
3. Shape into small ball
place on lined baking pan and press lightly down with a fork.
4. Bake in preheated oven at 160‘C for 15-20minutes.
