凤梨酥 Pineapple Tarts



材料 : 
牛油  350克
罐装炼乳  100克
面粉  510克
蛋黄  2个

馅料 :黄梨馅

份量 :皮 25克黄梨馅 20克

做法 :

1. 把牛油和炼乳打发。
2. 鸡蛋一粒接一粒加入,充分搅拌均匀。
3. 筛入面粉,搅拌成一个不粘手的面团。
4. 把黄梨馅搓圆(每颗20克),面团分成小等份(每个25克)。
5. 面团压扁包入馅料搓圆,入模型里。 
6. 放入预热烤箱170度,烤25分钟或至金黄色。 

Pineapple Tarts

Ingredients :

350g butter
100g condensed milk
510g plain flour / all purpose flour
2 egg yolks

pineapple filling (homemade or store-bought)

Method :

1. Cream butter and condensed milk till light.
2. Add in egg yolk one at a time, and beat until combine.
3. Mix in flour, mix till become a soft and not sticky dough. 
4. Roll pineapple filling into ball (20g each) and roll dough into ball (25g each).
5. Flatten a piece of dough and wrap with pineapple filling. Press into the mould and unmould on a lined baking pan.
6. Bake in preheated oven at 170C for 25mins or till golden brown.
