鸡仔饼 Chicken Biscuits










香脆薄薄的鸡仔饼,我好喜欢,
所以今年年饼里多了它












鸡仔饼

材料

A
南乳  2
牛油  90
  1
麦芽糖  1汤匙


B
低筋面粉  225
糖粉  90
发粉  1茶匙
胡椒粉  1茶匙
五香粉  1茶匙
  半茶匙
冬瓜糖  70
蒜茸  30
白芝麻  50
黑芝麻  50


做法 

1. 把材料(A)搅拌均匀。
2. 加入材料(B)一起搅拌成均匀的面团。
3. 取出一小面团,放在铺了油纸的烤盘上,压成薄片。
4. 预热烤箱,150度烘烤15分钟至金黄色即可。




Chicken Biscuits

Ingredients :

(A)
2 cubes red fermented bean curd (nam yue)
90g butter
1 egg
1 tbsp maltose


(B)
225g plain flour
90g icing sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp five spice powder
1/2 tsp salt
70g candied winter melon, finely chopped
30g grated garlic
50g white sesame seeds
50g black sesame seeds



Method :

1. Mix all ingredients (A) in a mixing bowl.
2. Add in ingredients (B) mix to form a dough.
3. Divide the dough into small portion, place on a parchment lined baking tray, roll out the dough into thin sheets.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 150C for 15 mins or until golden brown.
