马铃薯面包 。吞拿鱼馅






简单生活就是一种态度

面包体参考Step Wong Kitchen



材料A:

马铃薯  150g (蒸熟,趁热压成泥,待冷)
高筋面粉  350g
奶粉  20g
幼糖  50g
即溶酵母  5g
蛋液  50g
牛奶  90g
盐  1/2tsp

 
材料B:

70g 牛油


吞拿鱼馅料:

吞拿鱼  1罐
葱  2颗(切丝)
柠檬汁  适量
盐  少许

将以上的材料混合好,备用。



做法:

1.  把材料A 搅拌成团后加入材料B 再继续搅拌至起筋。
2.  第一次发酵后,分割成一份60g,杆开,包入适量馅料,卷成橄榄形收口捏紧。
3.  排入烤盘,进行最后发酵至双倍大。
4.  扫上蛋液,以预热烤箱170°C烤20-25分钟至熟及金黄色,取出,脱膜,待冷。
(温度视个人烤箱调整)
