材料:
(A)
牛油 125g
细砂糖 150g
巧克力膏(choco emulco) 1/4tsp
(B)
鸡蛋 2粒
(C)
牛油 125g

低粉 150g
可可粉 35g
发粉 1/2tsp
小苏打粉 1/2tsp
(D)
牛奶 120g
做法:
可可粉 35g
发粉 1/2tsp
小苏打粉 1/2tsp
(D)
牛奶 120g
做法:
1. 用搅拌器将(A)搅打至松发。
2. 分次加入(B)搅拌至松发和光滑。
3. 交替加入(C)和(D),轻轻混合搅拌均匀即可。
4. 将面糊倒入杯子蛋糕纸模。可做12粒。
5. 预热烤箱170度,烤25分钟至熟即可。待冷。
6. 将蛋糕表层涂上适量甘拿许,然后洒上适量的烤香杏仁碎即可。
表层装饰:
动物性鲜奶油 50g
烘培巧克力 50g
牛油 5g
杏仁碎 适量(预先烤香)
做法:
把动物性鲜奶油,巧克力及牛油放入小锅里,用隔水法煮至巧克力溶化并呈光滑状。牛油 5g
