又是另一款非常好吃,值得推荐的椰丝酥饼,也是每年必做的年饼之一。
食谱取自 : Ching
材料:
低筋面粉 80g
粘米粉 10g
干椰丝 20g
牛油 90g
鸡蛋 1tbsp
糖粉 50g
装饰:
干椰丝 适量
做法:
1. 牛油软化以后,倒入糖粉,用打蛋器打发。
2. 打到牛油体积膨松,颜色变浅,呈轻盈的状态就可以了。
3. 加入1大匙打散的鸡蛋。
4. 继续用打蛋器打至鸡蛋与牛油油完全混合。
5. 低筋面粉、粘米粉混合过筛,再倒入椰丝混合均匀。把混合的面粉倒入打发好的牛油里。
6. 用橡皮刮刀搅拌均匀,成为饼干面糊。
7. 将1茶匙面糊(稍微弄圆形)放进迷你杯子,一个一摆在烤盘里,再撒上椰丝装饰。
8. 将烤盘放入预热好的烤箱,上下火150度,烤焙15-20分钟左右,到饼干表面金黄色即可。
