在春节期间准备了这道菜肴,酸酸辣辣的很开胃。
材料 :
鱼 1条
蒜茸 1tbsp
姜丝 1tbsp
香菇 3朵
咸菜 100g (切丝)
小辣椒 5-6条
清水 适量
调味料 :
盐 少许
生抽 1tbsp
做法 :
1. 香菇浸泡软后,去蒂切片。
2. 鱼处理干净,烧热油,煎至表面呈金黄色,起锅备用。
3. 爆香姜丝和蒜茸,加入咸菜、香菇和小辣椒拌炒。
4. 倒入适量的清水,加入调味料,煮滚。
5. 放入鱼,稍焖煮,即可上碟。
