食谱取自 : FB-Kathrine Kwa

材料 : 

(A) 牛油   250g 糖粉  180g 
(B) 鸡蛋  2粒 、瓦尼拉香精  1tsp
(C) 低筋面粉  500g ( 过筛 ) 、发粉  1tsp 、盐  1/2tsp
(D) 杏仁片  200g

做法 :

1. 将材料(A)打发,加入(B)拌打均匀。
2. 拌入材料(C)及材料(D)拌成面团。
3. 将面团搓成长条,用保鲜膜包好,放入冰箱冷藏至硬或隔夜。 
4. 将面团取出切成薄片,排放在烘盘,以170度烤15分钟至熟。
