黄梨饼 Pineapple Tarts

新春佳节家里的年饼中一定少不了Ong Ong的黄梨饼

份量: 皮 10g / 馅 7g


牛油  250g
蛋黄  2粒
蛋白  1粒
  60g ( 过筛 )
普通面粉  420g
蛋黄粉  30g
云尼拉香精  1小匙

内馅:  黄梨馅


1.  将牛油和糖粉搅拌至轻发,分2次加入蛋黄和蛋白拌匀。
2.  再加入筛过的普通面粉和蛋黄粉拌成软团。
3.  把面团平分成每份10g,压扁包入一份黄梨馅料。
4.  搓圆,放入模型里印出造型。 
5.  放入预热烤箱,以170度烤25分钟至金黄色即可。
