新春佳节,家里的年饼中一定少不了Ong Ong的黄梨饼。
份量: 皮 10g / 馅 7g
饼皮材料:
牛油 250g
蛋黄 2粒
蛋白 1粒
糖普通面粉 420g
蛋黄粉 30g
云尼拉香精 1小匙
内馅: 黄梨馅
做法:
1. 将牛油和糖粉搅拌至轻发,分2次加入蛋黄和蛋白拌匀。
2. 再加入筛过的普通面粉和蛋黄粉拌成软团。
3. 把面团平分成每份10g,压扁包入一份黄梨馅料。
4. 搓圆,放入模型里印出造型。
5. 放入预热烤箱,以170
(温度请视个人烤箱调整)
