蜜汁烤鸡腿 Honey Roasted Chicken Legs


材料 : 

鸡腿 4支
蜂蜜  2大匙 

酱油  3大匙
糖  1/2小匙
盐  1/2小匙
白胡椒粉  少许
洋葱末  1个
蒜末  5瓣
姜末  少许


1. 鸡腿洗净后用厨房纸巾擦干水份,再用牙签在鸡腿上戳几个小洞以帮助入味。
2. 将腌汁用料充分混合均勻,加入鸡腿拌勻后,再放入冰箱冷藏腌1晚。
3. 预热烤箱200ºC,烤20分钟取出。
4. 两面刷上蜂蜜, 继续烤15分钟, 取出再翻面刷蜂蜜。
5. 最後再烘烤10分钟至表皮呈现金黃色,即可。

4 chicken legs
2tbsp honey


3tbsp soy sauce
1/2tsp sugar
1/2tsp salt
some white pepper
1 onionchopped
5 cloves garlicchopped
some gingerchopped


1. Rinse the chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Poke a few holes on chicken legs.
2. Marinate the chicken legs overnight in fridge. 
3. Preheated oven at 200°C , bake for 20 minutes.
4. Brush honey on the both sidescontinue bake for 15 minutes.
5. Turn over the chicken legs and brush with the honey again.
6. Lastly, roast for about 10 minutes or until the surface turn golden brown.
