蜂蜜鲜橙燕菜 Orange with Honey Agar-agar


























蜂蜜鲜橙燕菜

材料 :

鲜橙汁  400克
燕菜粉  2茶匙 
蜂蜜  2汤匙
细砂糖  20克或适量


做法: 
 
1. 鲜橙对半切开,把橙汁榨出,挖掉果肉,橙皮留着备用。
2. 橙汁加入蜂蜜,燕菜粉和糖搅拌均勻。
3. 倒入锅里煮滚至糖融化。
4. 把煮好的鲜橙燕菜倒入准备好的橙皮中。
5. 待冷却后,放入冰箱冷藏至凝固即可享用。
 
 
 
Orange with Honey Agar-agar
 
Ingredients :
 
400g pure orange juices
2 tsp agar-agar powder
2 tbsp honey
20g sugar


Method :
 
1. Cut the orange in half,extract the juice.
2. Remove the flesh and reserve the orange shell.
3. Mix orange juices with honey,agar-agar powder and sugar.
4. Pour into a pot,bring to boil till sugar dissolved.
5. Pour the agar-agar mixture into the prepared orange shell.
6. Chill in refrigerator till set.
