百香果香蕉豆奶隔夜燕麦 Overnight Oats with Passion Fruit & Banana





俗话说“一日之计在于晨” ,以健康早餐,迎接美好的一天。
















百香果香蕉豆奶隔夜燕麦

材料:

燕麦片  6tbsp (45g)
低糖豆奶  1+1/2杯
奇异籽  1tbsp
百香果  1个
香蕉  1条 (切片) 


做法:

1. 用一个干净的玻璃瓶,放入燕麦片奇异籽。
2. 之后慢慢加入奶直到近3/4满,轻轻搅拌把瓶底的燕麦片和奶拌均。 
3. 盖上盖,然后放进冰箱冷藏一夜。
4. 隔天当你要享用时,加香蕉片和百香果肉,以及蜂蜜调味,搅拌后就能享受一份健康又有营养的早餐了。 




Overnight Oats with Passion Fruit & Banana


Ingredients:

6tbsp (45g) rolled oats
1+1/2cup Soya milk (less sugar)
1tbsp chia seeds
1 passion fruit
1 banana (sliced) 


Method:

1. Using a clean sterilized glass jar, add rolled oats and chia seeds.
2. Pour in soya milk till almost 3/4 full, stir the mixture with a clean spoon to loosen the oats at the bottom of the jar.
3. Cover the jar and leave the mixture overnight in the fridge.
4. In the morning, before having your oats,add sliced
banana and
fresh passion fruit plus drizzle of honey (optional) to sweeten the taste.
