很喜欢吃叉烧,更加喜欢自家腌制的叉烧,
因为那是最适合自己口味的。
材料:
三层肉 500g
蜜糖 1tbsp
腌料:
黄糖 60g
生抽 1tbsp
盐 1/2tsp
黑酱油 1tsp
叉烧酱 1tbsp
蒜泥 2tbsp
绍兴酒 1tbsp
做法 :
1. 三层肉清洗干净,加入所有腌料混匀,放入冰箱腌制隔夜。
2. 将腌制好的三层肉放入锅中,以小火煮至酱汁浓稠。
3. 把肉盛起,放在烤网上,预热烤箱200C烘烤10分钟。
4. 取出翻面,在肉的两面都刷上蜜糖,继续烘烤至外层有些焦即可,待凉后切片。
