豉汁蒸排骨





腌制了一夜的排骨,很入味
软滑的排骨浓郁的豉汁拌饭,味道很好

材料:


小排骨  500g

蒜头  4-5瓣
红辣椒  1条
豆豉  2tbsp

 

调味料:

蚝油  1tbsp

酱油  1tbsp
麻油  1tbsp
黄糖  1/2tsp
盐  1/4tsp

胡椒粉  1/2tsp
粟粉  1tbsp



做法:

1. 小排骨用清水洗干净去除血水然后沥干水份。
2. 红辣椒及蒜头切末。
3. 依序将所有调味料蒜末,红辣椒及豆豉加入混合均勻。
4. 腌制1小时入味

5. 排骨放入蒸笼里大火蒸20分钟或至排骨熟即可。
