1. 白果去除外壳,用热水浸片刻,撕去内膜,去芯。
2. 薏米洗干净,沥干水,备用。
3. 把水煮滚将白果、薏米和班兰叶放入煲30分钟
4. 加入腐竹、黄糖煲至腐竹溶化薏米煮至熟透加入鹌鹑蛋既可享用。
