莲蓉酥,在点心楼也是常会看到的一款。
配方参考 : Qi Qi in the house
材料 A:
奶油 120g
黄糖 30g
鲜奶 1+1/2tbsp
材料 B:
芝士粉 2tbsp
粟粉 1tsp
低粉 180g
馅料 : 香兰莲蓉 / 白莲蓉
表面装饰 : 白芝麻,蛋黄液
做法 :
1. 把材料 A打至松发,加入材料 B,拌成软面团。
2. 将面团放入冰箱冷藏约20分钟。
3. 分割,裹入馅料。
4. 涂上蛋液,洒上白芝麻。
5. 放入预热烤箱,170C烤约15-20分钟。

A料:PLANTA120G,糖40G,淡奶11/2TBSP(我用奶水代替)
B料:芝士粉1TSP++,粟粉1TBSP,低粉180G
*把A料打至松发,加入B,呈软面团
*把面团放入冰箱冷藏20分钟,取出分6份,搓圆
*预热烤箱,180C,约30分钟
*烤至约10分钟时,扫蛋黄
