口感松软,和鸡蛋糕有点相似。

材料 :
(C)
普通面粉 280g
玉米粉 25g
发粉 2tsp
苏打粉 1tsp
苏打粉 1tsp
做法:
1. 将材料 (A) 用搅拌机打至蓬发,加入(B) 拌至均匀光滑。
2. 筛入材料(C) 搅拌混合均匀。 面糊放置休息25-30分钟。

3. 倒入模型中约9分满,以大火蒸20–25分钟或至熟。
** 如要打开锅盖查看是否已经熟了,最少要待蒸上超过所需的时间的2/3才可以开盖。
