那天做梅菜包时,馅料炒多了。
想起之前在茶楼有尝过梅菜馅的菜粿,
正好材料也齐全,直接就做了这菜粿。
菜粿皮:
澄面粉 50g
木薯粉 100g
黄砂糖 1tsp
沸水 200ml 黄砂糖 1tsp
油 1tbsp

做法:
1. 将澄粉,薯粉和盐放入盆中,混合均匀。
2. 把煮沸的水冲入粉中,快速搅拌成团。
3. 加入油,搓揉成光滑面团。
4. 面团分割成小团,擀成圆薄片,包入馅料。
5. 放在蒸笼里,大火蒸8-10分钟即可。
6. 取出,趁热在表面刷上一层薄薄的油,以免菜粿黏在一起。
