每逢在茶楼饮茶,肠粉也是必点的点心之一。
食谱参考 : 周老師的美食教室
粘米粉 150g
粟粉 75g
清水 600g
虾仁 300g
炸油葱 适量
酱汁:
酱油 3tbsp、黄糖 1tbsp、炸葱油 1/2tbsp、清水 3tbsp
(搅拌均匀,煮至糖溶化。)
做法:
1. 把粘米粉,粟粉和清水搅拌均匀。2. 蒸锅加水煮沸,把蒸盤放在水上蒸热。
3. 搅拌米浆,将一勺米浆平均淋在蒸盘里。
4. 放上虾仁,大火蒸4-5分钟。
5. 待稍涼,用刮板沿边轻轻把肠粉卷成长条。
6. 淋上酱汁和撒上油葱,趁热享用。
