鹌鹑蛋烧卖,在茶楼已是很少会看到的一款点心。
材料:
猪绞肉碎 300g
虾仁 150g (剁碎)
鹌鹑蛋 20粒 (煮熟去壳)
方形馄饨皮 20片
调味料:
胡椒粉 1/2tsp
盐 1/2tsp
黄糖 1tsp
酱油 1tbsp
麻油 1tsp
粟粉 1tbsp
做法:
1. 猪肉碎和虾仁放入大碗中,加入调味料,以同一个方向搅拌至起胶。
2. 放入冰箱冷藏至少30分钟,备用。
3. 在馄饨皮中放入鹌鹑蛋,再放入适量的肉馅,用左手虎口将馄饨皮包起,反转放在涂了油的蒸盘上。
4. 放入水滚的蒸笼里,以大火蒸约10-15分钟即可。
