以前不懂欣赏其它点心,那时只独爱烧包。
就是喜欢烧包那香脆的酥皮,咸甜的内馅。
这配方做出的烧包,口感是我很喜欢的。
馅料做法:
1. 烧热3tbsp油,炒香大葱。
2. 加入鸡肉炒一会,再加入调
3. 最后加入青豆及芡汁,炒至干,盛起待冷备用。

做法:
1. 水皮材料和油皮材料各自揉成面团。
2. 将水皮和油皮面团各分成20份,搓圆。
3. 用水皮包入油皮,擀
4. 将面团擀成圆薄片,包入馅料,收口捏紧,排放在烤盘
5. 放入预热烤箱以180度烤10分钟。取出
