南瓜面团
中筋面粉 150g
速发干酵母 1.5g
南瓜泥 60g
水 20g
黃糖 10g
盐 1/4tsp
牛奶面团
中筋面粉 150g
速发干酵母 1.5g
牛奶 100g
细砂糖 10g
盐 1/4tsp
做法:
1. 分別将二份材料拌勻,搓揉成不黏手的光滑面团。
2. 滚圆面团,发酵至双倍大。
3. 发酵完成后,二份面团分別擀成长方型。
4. 南瓜面团切成细条,用刷子刷上一层油。放在牛奶面团上卷起,收口捏紧。
5. 切成等份放进蒸笼发酵至一倍大。
6. 放入水滾的蒸笼里,以中火蒸约10-15分钟。
7. 熄火,放置5分钟后才打开盖。
