柠檬酱 Lemon Curd

















柠檬酱

材料: 


蛋黄  3个 
细砂糖  60克
柠檬  1粒(取汁)
柠檬屑  1个
牛油  80克 


做法:

1. 蛋黄加细砂糖搅拌
均匀,将柠檬汁及柠檬屑加入
2. 以隔水法,把做法(1)用搅拌器搅拌至浓稠状(约7至10分钟)。
3. 离火,
加入牛油搅拌至牛油完全溶化
4. 待冷,把柠檬酱装入罐子里,可放入冰箱保存







Lemon Curd

Ingredients :

3 egg yolks
60g castor sugar 
1 lemon,extract juice
1 lemon,finely grate the rind
80g  butter 


Method: 

1. Combine egg yolks with sugar,add in lemon juice and lemon rind.
2. Use double-boiler method cook and stir until mixture thickens,take about 7-10mins.
3. Remove from heat,add in butter and stir continuously until butter dissolved. 

4. Pour the lemon mixture into a clean container and cover it.
