粟米榨菜番茄汤 Sweet Corn with Pickled Mustard Tuber Soup















粟米榨菜番茄汤

材料 :

粟米  2根
四川榨菜  1个
番茄  2粒
淮山  20克
排骨  300克
清水  2公升 或 适量


做法 :

1. 排骨洗净, 用沸水川烫过,捞起备用。
2. 榨菜用清水冲洗干净,切片。
3. 粟米切段,番茄切四块。
4. 把所有材料放入汤锅里,大火煮滚后,转小火煮约2小时即可



Sweet Corn with Pickled Mustard Tuber Soup

Ingredients : 

2 sweet corn
1 sichuan pickled mustard tuber
2 tomatoes
20g huai shan
300g pork ribs
2 liters water


Method :

1. Wash pork ribs,blanch in boiling water. Remove and drain.
2. Rinse pickled mustard tuber and slice into thin slices..
3. Sweet corn cut into chunks,tomato cut into 4 pieces.
4. Put all ingredients into soup pot. Bring to a boil in high heat,then lower the heat and continue to cook for 2 hour.
