炸薄饼 Fried Popiah



为了这篇炸薄饼,我犹豫了许久 
犹豫着将它归类为糕点或小吃。。。
















材料

薄饼皮  15片
 


粘口用

  适量  或 面粉 1tbsp + 水 2tbsp
 
 
做法
 
1. 取1片薄饼皮包入适量的馅料用蛋白或面糊封口,重复至完
2. 烧热油锅放入已包好的薄饼用中火炸至金黄,捞起
3. 沥干油,待凉后沾辣椒酱一起享用
 
 
 

馅料做法

1. 热,爆香蒜茸倒入蛋液拌炒
2. 先加入虾仁炒一会儿,才加入红萝卜丝及沙葛丝炒至变软
3. 然后加入豆芽、辣椒和适量的调味料翻炒均匀,盛起备用
