莓果优格雪糕



520。。。甜蜜的雪糕之约。









材料:

新鲜草莓  50g
新鲜蓝莓  100g
希腊酸奶 Greek yogurt  150g
砂糖   50g (可随意增/减)
鲜奶油   150g
柠檬汁   15g


做法:

1. 将草莓、蓝莓、酸奶、砂糖和柠檬汁一起倒入搅拌机搅碎。
2. 把搅好的莓果酸奶液倒入一容器里,放入冰箱冷藏1-2小时,让酸奶液充分冷却。
3. 冷藏后的酸奶液里加入鲜奶油混合均匀,放入冰箱冷冻,每隔1小时取出来搅拌一下,再放回冷冻室继续冷冻。
4. 重复搅拌3-4次,呈顺滑细腻状,最后冷冻至凝固。
5. 与个人喜好添加其它配料享用。
