蛋糕底:
Oreo饼干 100g
牛油 40g
蛋糕体:
奶油乳酪 Cream cheese 200g
细砂糖 50g
原味优格 100g
动物性鲜奶油 60g
牛奶 40g

吉利丁片 7g
做法:

蛋糕底:
1.在圆模底部包一层铝箔纸。
2.取出Oreo夹心内馅,将饼干放入塑胶袋,用擀面棍擀压成碎末状。
3.牛油隔水溶化,倒入饼干碎中混合均匀。
4.倒入模里,压平,放进冰箱冷藏备用。
蛋糕体:
1.吉利丁片泡冰水软化,备用。
2.Cream cheese 室温下软化,加入优格拌均匀。
3.细砂糖和牛奶加热至糖融化,倒入动物性鲜奶油拌匀。
4.吉利丁片挤干水分放入奶油中,搅拌至溶解。
5.再与事先拌匀的Cream cheese优格,混合成均匀的乳酪糊。
6.将乳酪糊倒入模中放涼冷藏6个小时以上即可享用。
