被茄子和Anna分享的Almond Rosettes吸引住,喜欢这食谱里加了杏仁粉,口感脆脆的,好吃。
做法简单,就如Anna说的容易做到笑。
食谱取自 : 小雨伞 (Anna) / 茄子
牛油 120g
细砂糖 50g
香草精 1tsp
杏仁粉 30g
普通面粉 120g
装饰:
巧克力粒
小纸杯
做法:
1. 牛油加糖粉打至乳白色,加入香草精,继续拌打至匀。
2. 拌入面粉和杏仁粉,换用刮刀拌匀。
3. 把面团放入装有星星花嘴的挤花袋,平均挤入小纸袋,最后用一颗巧克力粒做点缀。
4. 预热烤箱170度,烤20-25分钟或饼干上色即可取出。
