食谱取自:蓝赛珍的“轻轻松松学烘焙”
做法:
1. 牛油加糖搅拌至乳白色。加入练奶与蛋黄,搅拌再加入香草精。
2. 加入材料B拌成均匀的面团。把面团平均分成每份10克,用小茶匙舀上适量的麦片碎。
3. 用手搓成小圆粒。放在烤盘上。
4. 放入预热后的烤箱里,170度烘烤大约 25分钟至金黄色便可。
