芝士凤梨酥





做了台式凤梨酥 再做加入芝士粉的因为家里有位爱芝士的他
























食谱取自 : The Kitchen 70's

材料:

奶油  260g
糖粉  50g
鸡蛋  2个(约100g)
低筋面粉  410g
奶粉  50g
帕玛森芝士粉  30g

做法:

1. 所有粉类混合一起过筛。
2. 奶油加糖粉打发后,分次加入鸡蛋,搅匀。 
3. 加入过筛的粉类,拌成团后,平均分成每份30g。 
4. 取一份面团,压扁,包入凤梨馅20g。
5. 搓圆,压入模型里。
6. 烤箱预热后,170度烘烤大约25分钟。
