咖哩炸鸡 Fried Curry Chicken





炸好香辣肉块,配饭配面或直接食用都很好吃的。













材料

 
  约800g
洗净,切块
玉米粉  2tbsp

炸油  适量



 

咖喱粉  1tbsp
蒜蓉  1/2tbsp
汁  1/2tbsp
姜汁  1/2tbsp
  1tsp

糖 1tsp


做法

1. 鸡肉块加入腌料腌制3小时以上或隔夜
2. 腌入味的鸡肉块加入玉米粉拌匀
3. 烧热油放入鸡肉块油炸至金黄色或熟即可捞起,滤干油份
