这次的杏仁烘烤过度了,其实烤炉一叮响就取出,
没想到烤盘的温度还在,杏仁的颜色就转变成深褐色。
材料:
鸡胸肉 1个 (切丁)
青,红甜椒 各1个 (切丁)
杏仁 60g (烤/炒香)
蒜茸 1tbsp
清水 适量
调味料:
蚝油 1tbsp
盐 1/2tbsp
芡汁: 玉米粉 2tsp + 水少许 (混合均匀)
做法:
1. 鸡丁加少许盐腌30分钟。
2. 起油锅,爆香蒜茸,放入鸡丁炒至变色,再加入甜椒丁翻炒。
3. 加少许清水,下调味料,拌炒均匀。
4. 最后勾入芡汁,起锅前放入杏仁拌炒,即完成。
