抹茶面包体搭南瓜内馅,味道蛮好的。
材料:
高筋面粉 250g
低筋面粉 250g
抹茶粉 15g
盐 6g
鲜奶 380g
细砂糖 20g
即溶酵母 10g
奶油 20g
做法:
1. 将所有材料混合(奶油除外),搅拌成光滑可展延面团。
2. 加入奶油继续搅拌成可撑韧性薄膜,基础发酵至2倍大。
3. 基础发酵后,取出面团排气,分割成1份60g,滚圆后松弛10分钟。
4. 将面团擀平,包入南瓜馅料,收口捏紧朝下。
5. 用棉绳把面团绑上'米'字成南瓜形状,进行最后发酵约30分钟。
6. 预热烤箱,180度烤大约20分钟。
7. 出炉后,待冷才将棉绳取出。
南瓜馅:
南瓜泥 400g
细砂糖 30g
牛油 50g
馅料做法:
1. 南瓜片,蒸熟,乘热压成泥。
