巧克力相思杯子蛋糕 Chocolate Ogura Cupcakes

 


12月,最喜欢的月份,因为有圣诞节啊😁😁
去年烤了麋鹿造型的杯子蛋糕,今年就换🎄圣诞树造型的杯子蛋糕

巧克力相思杯子蛋糕

Chocolate Ogura Cupcakes

材料 :

蛋黃  100
全蛋  1
玉米油  50 
牛奶  60
  1/8茶匙 
低筋面粉  70 

无糖可可粉 30 + 热水 20克,搅拌至溶解,待凉

蛋白  200
细砂糖   8O

做法 

1. 蛋黄+全蛋+玉米油+牛奶++巧克力液用打蛋器搅拌均匀。
2. 筛入低粉,拌成均匀的巧克力蛋黄糊。
3. 蛋白用搅拌机搅打至起泡,分次加入细砂糖,打至尾端挺立。
4. 分次加入蛋黄糊里,用刮刀切拌均匀,舀入蛋糕纸杯。
5. 放入预热烤箱,以130度烤30分钟,然后转150度烤15-20分钟至熟。

蓝莓优格蛋糕 Blueberry Yogurt Cake







十二月,来到圣诞节这一天
祝大家有个温馨的圣诞节。
Merry Christmas 


















蓝莓优格蛋糕

材料 6寸脱底圆模

蛋黄  3
玉米油  15
优格  40
低筋面粉  50

蛋白  3
细糖  40

新鲜蓝莓  (撒上少许的低粉,备用。)


做法 

1. 
蛋黄加入玉米油和优格,用打蛋器搅拌均匀。
2. 筛入低粉搅拌成均匀的蛋黄糊。
3. 蛋白打起泡状,分次加入细砂糖,打发成尾端挺立的蛋白霜。
4. 1/3蛋白霜加入蛋黄糊中,用橡皮刮刀拌匀。
5.
然后倒入其余的蛋白霜,混合拌成均匀的面糊。
6. 加入新鲜蓝莓轻轻拌匀。
7.
将面糊倒入戚风模,敲出气泡。
8.
放进预热170度的烤箱,烤30分钟至熟。
9.
出炉倒扣,待凉。



Blueberry Yogurt Cake 

Ingredients 6” round pan with removable base

3 egg yolks
15g corn oil
40g yogurt
50g cake flour


3 egg whites
40 castor sugar


fresh blueberries, sprinkle some flour on it


Method 

1. Combine egg yolkscorn oil and yogurt in a mixing bowl.
2. Sift in cake flourmix wellset aside.
3. Beat egg white until frothy and add in the sugar in 3 batches. Beating till shiny peaks.
4. Add 1/3 egg white into egg yolk batter and fold well.
5. Pour the batter back to the 2/3 egg white and fold into a smooth batter. 
6. Add in blueberries and mix well.
7. Pour the batter into chiffon mould, tap pan on table a few times to remove air bubble.
8.  Bake in preheated oven at 170C for 30 minutes or until cooked.
9.  Remove from oveninvert cake onto table until completely cooled.

圣诞烤鸡 Christmas Roasted Chicken







每年的圣诞,除了蛋糕曲奇甜品,还有少不了的烤鸡













圣诞烤鸡

材料 :


全鸡  1只

玉蜀黍  2根 (切4段)
红萝卜 2条(切块)
马铃薯 3个(去皮,切块)
番茄  3粒(切块)
蒜头  1整颗(横切一半)


调味料 : 黑胡椒碎,盐,橄榄油 (各适量)

腌料 :黑胡椒碎,盐,蚝油


做法 :

1.  将鸡只洗净抹干,均匀涂抹上腌料,腌制隔夜。
2. 在烤盘上倒些橄榄油,放入玉蜀黍、红萝卜、马铃薯、番茄和蒜头,撒上盐和黑胡椒,搅拌均匀。
3. 把腌好的鸡放在蔬菜上面,放入预热烤箱180°C,烤1个小时至熟即可。




Christmas Roasted Chicken

Ingredients :


1 whole chicken
2 sweet corns, cut into 4
2 carrots, cut into pieces
3 potatoes, peeled,cut into pieces
3 tomatoes, cut into pieces
1 bulb of garlic, cut in half


Seasoning : black pepper,salt,olive oil

To marinate chicken : black pepper,salt,oyster sause


Method :

1. Rub the chicken with the marinades. Keep in fridge for overnight.
2. Put some olive oil on baking pan, arrange in the sweet corns, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes and garlic, spread some salt and black pepper, mix well. 
3. Place the chicken on top of the vegetables. Roast in preheated oven at 180C for 60 minutes.

圣诞树菠菜葡萄干面包 Christmas Tree Spinach Raisin Buns







用菠菜汁做出来绿色的面包,
想要配合圣诞节,就做成了圣诞树造型。











圣诞树菠菜葡萄干面包

材料 : 

高筋面粉  250
砂糖  20
  3
即溶酵母  3
菠菜汁加菠菜渣  160
无盐牛油  20

葡萄干  适量


做法 :

1. 将全部材料(牛油除外)搅拌成团。
2. 加入牛油,搅拌至光滑有薄膜。 
3. 加入葡萄干揉匀直接分割成12份,休面10分钟。
4. 滚圆,直接排放成圣诞树形状进行发酵至2倍大。
5. 放入预热160°C的烤箱, 20分钟。  



Christmas Tree Spinach Raisin Buns

Ingredients : 

250g High Protein flour/Bread Flour
20g sugar
3g salt
3g Instant yeast
160g spinach juice and spinach puree
20g Unsalted Butter

Some raisins


Method :

1. Mix all the ingredient (except butter) until smooth dough.
2. Add butter continue to knead until smooth and elastic dough.
3. Add in some raisins. Divide dough into 12 equal balls, then allow to rest for another 10 minutes. 
4. Roll all into round shape and arrange them on baking pan.
5. Proof till the dough in double size.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 20 minutes.

玻璃曲奇 Stained Glass Cookies






每年来到十二月,心情总是特别的好
只因为有最爱的圣诞节
















玻璃曲奇

材料 :

油  180
糖粉  80
低筋面粉  270
果汁糖  (敲碎 )


做法 :

1. 牛油加糖粉打发至变白入面粉拌成均匀的面团。
2. 将面团擀成约4mm的厚度,用曲奇模具印出形状,移至铺了油纸的烤盘上
3. 中间再用较小的曲奇模具镂空放入预热160烤箱烤10分钟取出
4. 镂空的部分放满果糖,不好沾到曲奇,继续烘烤8-10分钟至果糖溶化即可出炉。



Stained Glass Cookies

Ingredients :

180g butter
80g icing sugar
270plain flour/cake flour
fruity candy


Method :

1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Sift in flour and mix well to form a dough.
2. Roll the dough to a thin sheet (4mm) cut out using a cookie cutter,transfer cookies to prepared baking sheets. 
3. Using a smaller cookie cuttercut shapes into centers of cookies,bake in preheated oven at 160 degrees C for 10 minutes,remove tray from oven.
4. Place crushed candy into the hollowed-out center of the cookies,continue to bake for another 8-10 minutes until the candy is melted.
