泰式芒果沙拉 Thai Mango Salad(Kerabu Mango)





















泰式芒果沙拉

材料 :

青芒果  2个(丝)
  4(切丝)
指天椒  4-5(切碎)
姜花  1(切碎)

烤香腰豆  适量

调味 砂糖、盐、柠檬汁酸柑汁 


做法

1. 把芒果、洋葱、指天椒、姜花和调味料倒入大碗内搅拌均匀。
2. 食用前撒上腰豆即可。



Thai Mango Salad

Ingredients :

2 green (unripe) mangoshredded
4 onion, sliced
4-5 bird eye's chillieschopped
ginger flower budbunga kantanchopped

cashew nutstoasted

Seasoning : sugarsaltlemon juice / lime juice


Method

1. In a mixing bowlcombine shredded mangoonionbird eye's chilliesginger flower bud and seasoning.
2. Sprinkle with  toasted cashew nuts. Serve immediately.

柠檬优格沙拉酱 Lemon Yogurt Dressing





















柠檬优格沙拉酱

材料 :

柠檬皮屑  1个
柠檬汁  30克
原味优格  100克
太阳花油 / 橄榄油  20克
蜂蜜  30克
盐,黑胡椒粉 调味


做法 :  将所有材料混合搅拌均勻即可。

注 : 可依照个人喜爱调整份量



Lemon Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients :

1 lemon zest
30g lemon juice
100g plain yogurt
20g sunflower oil / olive oil
30g honey
salt,black pepper to taste


Method :  Whisk all ingredients in a bowl. 

Notes : Adjust to according to your preference.

芝麻沙拉酱 Sesame Salad Dressing


















芝麻沙拉酱

材料:

白芝麻粒  30克 - 50克 (预先炒香或烤香)
红萝卜  1/2个 或 1个 (切块)
洋葱  1/2个 (切块) 
蒜  1辩
细砂糖 或 黄砂糖  50克
太阳花油  200克
糙米醋  200克
盐  少许
 
做法: 将所有材料放入食物搅拌机搅拌即可。
 
 
注: 
1. 不同的油或醋的使用将会影响成果的味道。避免用味道过浓的橄榄油(extra virgin oil)。
2. 将做好的沙拉酱,密封干净的罐子,收进冰箱可耐1星期之久。 
 
 
 
Sesame Salad Dressing 
 
Ingredients : 
 
30g-50g white sesame seeds,stir-fried until fragrant 
½ or 1 carrot,chopped 
½ a onion,chopped 
1 clove garlic
50g caster sugar 
200g sunflower oil 
200g brown rice vinegar 
pinch of salt
 
 
Method : Blend all the ingredients in a stick blender,and you're done. 
 
 
Notes : 
1. The types of oil and vinegar used may change the taste of the dressing a little. Avoid extra virgin oil because its grassy smell may spoil the taste of the salad dressing. 
2. Salad dressing can be kept in a clean bottle/container for weeks in the fridge.
