杏仁南瓜子脆片 Almond and Pumpkin Seeds Florentines








杏仁脆片也是一款家里受欢迎的年饼
今年加入南瓜籽一样是一片接一片地吃不停口











杏仁南瓜子脆片

材料 : 

杏仁脆饼预拌粉  100克 
杏仁片  100克

南瓜籽  100克
黑芝麻  约10克
白芝麻  约10克


做法 : 

1. 把脆饼预拌粉和其它材料混合均匀。 
2. 将混合物均匀地铺在铺了不沾油纸上的烤盘。
3. 放入预热烤箱150度,烤约10分钟或至金黄色。
4. 取出趁热用刀子切割成小片,待凉后放入密封罐子。

100g florentine premix
100g almond flakes
100g pumpkin seeds
10g black sesames
10g white sesames


Method :

1. Combine all ingredients,mix well. 
2. Spread almond mixture evenly onto a baking tray lined with greseproof paper.
3. Bake in preheat oven at 150'C for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
4. Remove,immediately use cutter to cut out small squares,leave to cool and store in an airtight container.

杏仁脆片 Almond Florentines







第五款是会让人吃得停不了口的杏仁脆片,
去年来不及做,今年当然是非做不可了。












杏仁脆片

材料 : 

杏仁脆饼预拌粉  100克
杏仁片  200克


做法 : 

1. 把脆饼预拌粉和杏仁片混合均匀。
2. 将混合物均匀地铺在铺了不沾油纸上的烤盘。
3. 放入预热烤箱150度,烤约10分钟或至金黄色。
4. 取出趁热用刀子切割成小片,待凉后放入密封罐子。

草莓杏仁豆奶隔夜燕麦 Strawberry and Almond Overnight Oats





一直有追港剧的习惯,刚看完穿越港剧,暂时还无法抽离那段穿越时空的感人故事。 
加上懒虫又开始上身,烘焙也玩少了,先来分享简易营养餐吧。






草莓杏仁豆奶隔夜燕麦

材料:

燕麦片  6tbsp (45g)
低糖豆奶  1+1/2杯
奇异籽  1tbsp
草莓 适量 ( 切片 )

烤香核桃,杏仁片,瓜子 (各适量) 



做法: 

1. 用一个干净的玻璃瓶,放入燕麦片奇异籽。
2. 之后慢慢加入奶直到近3/4满,轻轻搅拌把瓶底的燕麦片和奶拌均。
3. 盖上盖,然后放进冰箱冷藏一夜。
4. 隔天当你要享用时,加草莓片和杏仁,以及蜂蜜调味,搅拌后就能享受一份健康又有营养的早餐了。 




Strawberry and Almond Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

6tbsp (45g) rolled oats
1+1/2cup Soya milk (less sugar)
1tbsp chia seeds
some sliced strawberries


some roasted almond


Method:

1. Using a clean sterilized glass jar, add rolled oats and chia seeds.
2. Pour in soya milk till almost 3/4 full, stir the mixture with a clean spoon to loosen the oats at the bottom of the jar.
3. Cover the jar and leave the mixture overnight in the fridge.
4. In the morning, before having your oats,add sliced 
strawberries and some roasted almond plus drizzle of honey (optional) to sweeten the taste.

杏仁饼 Almond Cookies






大爱这款杏仁饼,也是
新春佳节里少不了的年饼之一。
 

















杏仁饼

材料:

杏仁粉  220g
低筋面粉  330g
糖粉  100g
发粉  1+1/2tsp
苏打粉  1+1/2tsp
盐  1/2tsp
玉米油  165g

表面装饰 : 蛋黄液 1个,杏仁碎


做法:

1. 将所有材料混合,加入米油拌成团。
2. 搓成圆粒状,稍微压扁,放在小纸托里。
3. 表层涂上蛋黄液,再撒上少许杏仁碎。
4. 预热烤箱170度,烤15分钟或至表层金黄色即可。
 
 
 
Almond Cookies
 
Ingredients :
 
220g ground almond 
330g cake flour / plain flour
100g icing sugar
1+1/2tsp baking powder
1+1/2tsp baking soda
1/2tsp salt
165g corn oil
 
1 egg yolk for glazing, some almond nibs for decor
 
 
Method :
 
1. Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Combine well to form a soft dough.
2. Roll the dough into small ballspress it slightly and place into small paper casing.
3. Brush with egg yolk and decorate with almond nibs.
4. Bake in preheated oven at 170c for 15 minutes or until slightly brown.

芒果核桃蛋糕 Mango Walnut Cake




















芒果核桃蛋糕

材料 :


牛油  100g
细砂糖  100g
全蛋  1
新鲜芒果泥  100g
低筋面粉  250g
发粉  1tsp
苏打粉  1/2tsp
肉桂粉  1/2tsp
核桃  100g (切碎)

表面装饰 : 杏仁碎  适量



做法 :


1.
烤模铺上油纸,所有粉类混合,过筛备用。

2. 牛油加糖拌打至松软,加入全蛋打至松发。
3. 拌入芒果泥,粉类分次加入,拌匀。
4. 最后加入核桃碎。
5. 将面糊倒入模型里,洒上杏仁碎。
6. 放入预热烤箱以180度烤50分钟。
7. 取出,待冷即可脱模切片。



Mango Walnut Cake


Ingredients


100g butter
100g caster sugar
1 egg
100g fresh mango puree
250g low-gluten flour
1tsp baking powder
1/2tsp baking soda
1/2tsp cinnamon powder
100g walnutchopped

some almond nibs for decoration

 
Method

1. Line a loaf tin with greaseproof paper. Sift flour togetherset aside.
2. Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Add in egg and beat until fluffy.
3. Add in mango pureedry flour and stir well.
4. Lastly mix in chopped walnut.
5. Pour batter into prepared tin and sprinkle almond nibs on top.
6. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 50mins.
7. Remove and leave to cool. Unmould and cut into serving pieces.

酸辣凉拌芒果珊瑚草 Sea Birdnest with Mango Salad
























酸辣凉拌芒果珊瑚草

材料:
珊瑚草  50g
芒果  1 (切丁/切丝)
姜花  1/2 (切丝)
指天椒  5-6 (切碎)
酸柑  6 (取汁)
杏仁  80g (烤香)


调味料:
细砂糖  适量
  适量
** 味道随个人喜好调整


做法 :

1. 珊瑚草洗净,浸泡水至膨胀,沥干水份,切小段。
2. 将所有材料混合,加入盐和糖调味即可。



Sea Birdnest with Mango Salad


Ingredient
50g  sea birdnest
1 mangodiced/shredded
1/2 torch ginger flower/bunga kantanshredded
5-6 bird's eye chilieschopped
juice from 6 lime
80g toasted almond 
sugar and salt to taste


Method :

1. Sea Birdnest cleaned and soaked in water until softcut small pieces.
2. Mix all ingredientsadd salt and sugar for your taste.

凉拌珊瑚草





营养价值高的珊瑚草又称为海燕窝
我是爱极了这滋润养颜的好东西,做成凉拌菜清爽美味
















材料:

珊瑚草  150g
红箩卜  40g
黄瓜  70g
姜  15g
番茄  1粒
杏仁碎 80g
白芝麻  1tbsp


调味汁:

柠檬汁 / 酸柑汁  2tbsp
醬油  1tbsp
麻油  1tsp

** 味道可随个人喜好调整


做法 :
1. 珊瑚草浸泡水至膨胀,切小段,汆烫后立刻泡入冰水中,备用。
2. 杏仁碎及白芝麻预先烤香。
3. 红箩卜、黄瓜和姜切丝,番茄切片。
4. 珊瑚草、姜丝、箩卜丝和黄瓜丝先混合,淋上调味汁一起拌匀,
5. 最后放上番茄片、杏仁碎和白芝麻即可。

杏仁牛奶果冻





很有口感的一款果冻把杏仁粉加入果冻里味道不错
















材料 :

杏仁粉  60g
鲜奶  420ml
细砂糖  40g 或 适量
Konnyaku 果冻粉  3g


做法 :
1. 将果冻粉和鲜奶搅拌均匀。
2. 在锅中加入做法(1)、细砂糖、杏仁粉,然后加热搅拌至,熄火
3. 把杏仁果冻液倒入模子或容器里。
4. 待凉后,放入冰箱冷藏凝固,即可享用
