白木耳龙眼汤圆 Longan and Snow Fungus Tang Yuan








祝福大家冬至快乐 
Happy Dongzhi Festival













白木耳龙眼汤圆 

汤圆材料: 

糯米粉  250g
清水  100-120g或适量

红豆沙馅 


做法: 

1. 糯米粉慢慢加入清水搓揉成光滑和不粘手面团。
2. 将面团分成小份搓圆,用拇指在中间按出一个洞,放入红豆沙馅,搓圆。
3. 放入水滚的锅里煮至浮起,捞起放入一个装有冷开水的大碗中以免汤圆粘在一起,搭配糖水即可享用。




糖水材料: 

白木耳 (预先浸软,剪小块)
龙眼干 (洗净)
清水  适量
冰糖  适量 



做法: 

1. 锅里倒入清水煮开,加入白木耳煮滚。
2. 加入龙眼干,煮约10分钟。
3. 待白木耳煮软后,加入冰糖在转小火煮至糖完全熔化即可。

芝士杯子蛋糕 Cheese Cupcakes





















芝士杯子蛋糕

材料: 可做6

奶油乳酪(cream cheese  250g
细砂糖  60g
鸡蛋  1

Oreo饼干  6

 

做法:

1.
奶油乳酪加入糖,搅拌均匀。
2.
加入鸡蛋,搅拌成顺滑的芝士糊。
3.
一片oreo饼干在纸托里

4. 倒入拌好的芝士糊。
5. 放入预热烤箱,150°C,烘烤约20分钟。
6. 取出,待凉后放入冰箱里冷藏3-4小时后才享用。




Cheese Cupcakes

Ingredients : makes 6 cupcakes

250g cream cheese
50g castor sugar
1 egg
6 oreo cookies


Method

1. Beat cream cheese and sugar till combined.
2. Add in egg mix till smooth. 
3. Add in 1 piece cookie into cupcake cases.
4. Scoop mixture into the 6 cases
5. Bake in preheated oven at 150°C for 20mins.
6. Let it completely cool,  refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving.

圣诞老人立体造型面包 Santa Claus Bread






Ho.. Ho.. Ho...
Merry Christmas!










一时大意,忘了调整烤箱的温度,
差点就成了‘黑面’圣诞老人了。 






配方取自肉桂打噴嚏

圣诞老人立体造型面包

材料 :

高筋面粉  150g  
即溶酵母  2g
细砂糖  15g  
  3g  
牛奶+  80g+25g
无盐奶油  10g
 
装饰 : 

可可粉  1tsp
红麴粉  1tsp


做法 :

1. 将全部材料(奶油除外)搅拌成团。
2.
加入奶油,搅拌至光滑有薄膜。 
3. 取出面团,分成大面团(180g)及小面团(100g)
4. 将小面团分成50g()30g()20g(), 红色和褐色面团分别加入可可粉和红麴粉。
5. 把所有面团平均分6份。 
6. 整形成6个圣诞老人造型。 
7. 排放入涂了油的模具里,进行发酵至2倍大。
8. 放入预热160°C的烤箱, 15-20分钟。




Santa Claus Bread

Ingredients :

150g high protein flour / bread flour 
2g instant yeast 
15g sugar 
3g salt
80g+25g milk+water
10g unsalted butter
 
Decor : 

1tsp cocoa powder
1tsp red yeast powder


Method :

1. Mix all the ingredient (except butter) until smooth dough.
2. Add butter continue to knead until smooth and elastic dough.
3. Divide dough into 2 portions, big(180g) and small (100g).
4. The small dough (100g) divide into 50g(white), 30g(red), 20g(brown).
5. All dough divide into 6 equal portions.
6. Shaped the dough into santa claus shape and arrange them on greased baking pan.
7. Proof till the dough in double size.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 15-20minutes.

柠檬烤全鸡 Roasted Chicken with Lemon





















柠檬烤全鸡

材料:

全鸡  1只

红萝卜  2条(去皮,切块)
马铃薯  3个(去皮,切块)

洋葱  3颗 (去皮,切块)
番茄  2粒 (切块)


腌料:

盐  1-2tbsp
黑胡椒粉 少许
食油  2tbsp
柠檬  1个 (柠檬皮保留
 
蜜糖  适量 (涂面用)


做法 :

1. 全鸡洗干净抹干,均匀抹上腌料,腌制隔夜。
2. 烤盘铺上锡纸,把腌好的鸡只放在锡纸上,周围排入所有蔬菜和柠檬皮。
3. 将烤盘放入预热烤箱,以200°C烤约50-60分钟或至鸡熟透。
4. 中间时段取出翻面,淋上烤盘中的酱汁再继续烘烤。
5. 最后涂上蜜糖,放入烤箱再烤5-10分钟至金黄色即可。





Roasted Chicken with Lemon

Ingredients :

1 whole chicken
2 carrot (diced)

3 potato (diced) 
3 onion (diced)
2 tomato (diced)


Marinade chicken

1-2tbsp salt 
black pepper
2tbsp oil

lemon juice from 1 lemon
 
some honey for brush chicken

 

Method:

1. Clean and dry the whole chicken,and rub with the marinades. Keep in fridge for overnight.
2. Line baking pan with aluminium foil,arrange in the all vegetables and lemon peel.

3. Roast in preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes. 
4. Turn the chicken over,topped with the sauces in the baking pan and roast for a further 25-30 minutes.
4. Brush chicken with some honey,continue bake for 5-10 minutes until chicken is golden brown.
